Basically, a super fun, customizable, and cheap way to try fun samples, and then, when they've completely woo-ed you with their awesomeness, you can buy them easily online! I love that the personal profile means you get products that actually apply to you.

My Birchbox contained hair oil, volume spray, a gorgeous little shea butter hand creme, highlighter cream, eye shadow sampler, and a $10/35 gift to use in their store.

Another bonus is their point system! You get 10 points for every review, (mad math means you can earn 50 points with each box), along with extras for sharing on social media and referrels. You can then shop with those points in their store, adding on to your boxes or purchasing extras. Score.
